 I pulled out both the red and blue from the digital paper for the colour scheme for the image.  I used red matting for both the image and sentiment to add another little touch of red.

I have used a digital paper, image and image/sentiment from Gecko Galz (the sentiment is written on the sails but it is hard to pick up).  I added two plastic embellishments that I re-coloured.  They were orange so I painted them with black gesso and then some acrylic paint.

I have used a digital paper, image and sentiment from Gecko Galz.  I cut the sentiment into a pennant shape and inked the edges with Distress Ink.  I also inked the edges of the image with the same ink.  I added some puffy flower stickers and a couple of star stickers.

I am a bit late with this post.  I had it in my head that today is Saturday here whereas I just realised it is Sunday.  Fortunately, I checked my Blogger reader and saw that the CHNC post was live and then checked the date!

The optional twist at CHNC this week is Use A Die Cut or Punch.  I have used a die-cut that I really like but is a bit of a fiddly die-cut to work with so I don't use it as much as I could.

I have created the background using the "Swinking" technique (swiping ink) and Distress Ink Cubes.  The die-cut is from Memory Box.

Friendship Lasts Forever
