Tic Tac Toe

Milk Coffee has a tic-tac-toe challenge this week:

I chose to work with:
2 designer papers
Digi
Bling

The two designer papers are from The Mariposa Matstack by DCWV.  The image is from Milk Coffee and has been coloured using copic markers then die-cut with a Spellbinders Label Die.  I added some bling over the join between the two papers and then stamped a sentiment using an acrylic stamp (brand unknown)
