I have made the background from a combination of masking and applying Dried Marigold Distress Ink with a shaving brush. The circles are from glitter cardstock from DCWV. The image and sentiment are both from Tiddly Inks.
Great job with the sketch. Love how the circles sparkle. You have combined the colours nicely as well.
