The card uses a background paper from a paper pad by MME. The image as I said above is from Beccy's Place and is called Flag Bear. I have coloured him with copic markers. I have also used some silver Stickles on his hat and on the banner on the paper.
I love Beccy's bears images. All their eyes have such a soleful look to them. Great card Suze.
