The background paper is from a paper pad. The image that I have used comes from Nutcrafters. I love the fun of this image with a pudding as the balloon! The image has been coloured with copic markers and then matted on some red textured cardstock from a paper pad by DCWV. I have embellished the card with some red pearls.
