Spring time

It is a few months till we have spring but creating a spring coloured card cheers me up a bit on these dull dreary wintery days!

This card is for the following challenges:

Kaboodle Doodles - For the Ladies

I have used a paper from a paper pad by Fancy Pants Designs called Beach Babe.  The template for this card comes from Cardmaking in Easy Steps magazine - I think it might have been in the very first issue.  The image is from Digi Darla.  I coloured using copic markers and then applied Glossy Accents to the ladybug.  I also applied some crystallina Kindy Glitz to the petals of the flower.  The butterfly is a die-cut from Memory Box cut from a textured cardstock by DCWV and embellished with three small white pearls.

  4. Cool card. This was my poppa's birthday. Hard to believe it is exactly 3 months to the day already. Okay, how did you keep the card to round and be able to open. Usually there is a bit of a flat side or are we just not seeing it? Love the glossy accents and the addition of the butterfly.
