While I have used the image for a card that would be given after the birth of a child, the image would suit any congratulatory occasion as well as birthday cards.

I have used a paper from a paper pad by Authentique.  Matting is cardstock from Rosie's Studio.  The sentiment that I have used with the Creative Bug on the Loose image is from Paper Smooches.  The ribbon is orange grosgrain from American Crafts.  I have also added some brown pearls as an accent.
