I have used a paper from Trimgym for the front of the card.  The image is from Digi Darla.  I have also added a metal sentiment for the front of the card which also serves to hold the card closed as it is only attached at one end.  I added some buttons as an embellishment - these are cut from a scrap piece of Authentique paper using a Memory Box die.
