I have used a paper from Rosie's Studio for the background. I stuck blue rhinestone stars over the printed stars on the paper. The image is from Doodle Dragon Studios and has been coloured with copic markers. The beard is Frosted Lace Stickles and the fur trim is Diamond Stickles. The sentiment comes from Mudmaven Designs.
