Bit by the Bug Beginnings: Another Bug is Born

You are going to want to go and visit Creative Bug on the Loose today because a new Bug has been born. Naomi is sharing with the world her newest release:

Single Sock Monkey - Flowers - Malia

Here is my card that I created using this wonderful digi:

I used some paper from MME for the background of this card.  The lace is from Sullivans.  I have die-cut Malia using a Spellbinders Beaded Ovals die and then added some Candy coloured pearls from Sullivans - I alternated medium and small pearls for a bit more interest.  I have also added three different flowers in a five flower cluster to give it more of a girlie feel.  I then added a nice glittery number seven.

I am entering this card into the following challenges:
The Outlawz Thursday Challenge - My Favourite Thing (dies embellished with pearls!)

  2. Great use of white space around the monkey to really make it stand out. The pearls create a pretty frame and the cluster of flowers is such a lovely feminine touch. Thanks for joining our summer flowers challenge at Craft Your Passion Challenges. I hope we see you again soon.
