I have used a paper from Kaisercraft for the background.  The oval is a topper from a Kaisercraft paper pad embellished with some pearls.  The image is by Sandi Huggett and is part of the challenge at The Outlawz CFC Challenge.  The sentiment is one that I typed on the computer - couldn't find one I liked in my files!    Colouring of the image is with copic markers.
