I have used a background paper from Create with TLC (Autumn Acorns) which I glitzed up a bit with some Stickles.  The image is from Milk Coffee and is called Pumpkins.  The pumpkin sentiment is also from Create with TLC.  I coloured the image with a combination of copic markers and Stickles.
