I have used some papers from a Kaisercraft Christmas paper pad.  The blue cardstock piece has been die-cut with a die which I think is a Nellie's Multi Frame die.  The image is from Pink Gem and has been coloured in copic markers with the addition of Stickles - Frosted Lace.  I also added some dots around the image using a Distress Marker - salty ocean.
