Monochromatic Paper Pieced Girl

I didn't set out to keep this monochromatic - it just seemed to evolve as I was creating the card!

I am entering this card into the following challenges:

I have used the same paper for the background that i used for the paper piecing.  The image is from Milk Coffee.  Colouring of the image (apart from the paper piecing) is with copic markers.  I have die-cut the image using a Marianne's die.  I also added some brown mesh ribbon, a leafy die cut from brown cardstock using a Marianne's die and embellished with some clear bling.
