I have used a Harvest type paper from Create with TLC for the Background. I have used an image from Sami Stamps which I coloured with copic markers. from Create with TLC. I added some Stickles - Starry Night to the cat's hat and also to the glitter domes that weren't quite the colour I wanted! The mesh ribbon is some I found in a shop while I was on vacation - as soon as I saw it I thought it would be perfect for Halloween cards!
Fabulous card - I love the DP with that awesome ribbon stuff. The little Kitty and pumpkin is a super image - so sweet and you coloured it brilliantly :-D
