Balloons Gift Bag

I've had this balloon paper for some time and not used it - thought that now was a good time to get it out and cut it up!

I am entering my gift bag into the following challenges:

I am not sure what brand the paper is but it is a scrapbooking paper.  The image is from Scrapper's Delight.  Again, I have had this image for a while and not used it before.  I cut out the image and then used a Martha Stewart punch on one corner to create a bit of interest.  Colouring is with copic markers BV08, B93, YR23, YG09, E25, E00.
