I have used some papers from paper pads by MME.  The image is from QKR Stampede and has been coloured with copic markers C1, E000 and 100 with the addition of Stickles - Star Dust.  I have matted using black cardstock and added some black bling to one of the panels.  I used a strip of Washi tape across the card - I have to admit I thought this was black when I picked it up and then realised it is more navy blue in colour (but it worked anyway!).
