I have used a background paper from ProvoCraft which has snowmen all over it.  The image is from The Crafting Boutique and coloured with copic markers.  The sentiment is from Digi Doodles and has been die-cut using a Marianne's die.  I used red cardstock from Kaisercraft for matting and then added some red pearls.
