CAS Mermaid

I wanted this card to reflect the idea of bubbles and water so have kept it fairly CAS.  The die-cut and the rhinestones are meant to represent bubbles and the background paper is splashes and waves of water.

I have used a paper from Provocraft for the background of this card.  The image is from Digi Stamps 4 Joy and is coloured in copic markers.  The die I used is from Marianne's Designs.  I added some rhinestones to each corner of the card.
