I have used a background paper from Kaisercraft.  The image is from Digi Stamps 4 Joy.  I punched stars using Spellbinder dies and layered them.  The larger star is cut from some recycled foil from a hot chocolate container and the smaller one from glitter cardstock (DCWV).  I added a ribbon from American Crafts and a sentiment from Desert Diva.
