I have used a dark grey and black background paper from Kaisercraft. The image is from Stitchy Bear Stamps and I die-cut it with a Spellbinder Labels die and then distressed it with Distress Inks - Black Soot and Barn Door. I added a swirly die from Memory Box cut from red cardstock and also added three red rhinestones.
