Dottie at the Beach

When I saw the twist on the challenge at The Outlawz Tuesday Challenge is to "Make it Dotty", I just had to use a Dottie image from Bugaboo Stamps!!!

I have used a polka dot paper which I think may be from Kaisercraft but can't be totally sure.  I added some mesh ribbon over the top.  I embellished both the pennant and the rectangle with some faux stitching using Distress Markers - Milled Lavender and Worn Lipstick.  Colouring of the image is with copic markers E00, RV04, BV00, E53, E51.  I added some shell like embellishments to the card.
