I have used a sheet music paper (not sure of the source but it may be Kaisercraft).  The image is Tori Famous from Kenny K.  I coloured her with copic markers to match the background paper.  The sentiment is from When The Scrap Hits The Fun.  I have added some blue satin ribbon that I found today when I was doing some tidying (must admit I didn't tidy for long!).  I also cut a musical clef from Shimmer Cardstock using a Memory Box die.
