I have used a digital paper from Free Digital Scrapbook.  The book embellishment is from Computer Scrapbook.  I added a layer of Glossy Accents over the top.  The image that I have used is Dollie Backpack from Polka Doodles.  I coloured her with copic markers E00, E43, E41, Y06, Y02, YR07, YR04, R59.  I also added some twine from American Crafts, various flower layers and some pearls as flower centres.
