I have used a background paper from Kaisercraft. The image is from From The Heart Stamps and has been coloured with copic markers. I matted with green cardstock. I also used some glitter cardstock from DCWV to cut the pennants, some white ribbon roses I coloured with copic markers and some yellow glitter domes.
