I have used a polka dot paper from Rosie's Studio for the background. I also used an offcut of a paper from Kaisercraft. The matting is purple cardstock from Rosie's Studio. The image I have used comes from Bugaboo Stamps and has been coloured with copic markers R14, BV04, BV08, BV02. I added a bit of shine to the balloons with some Glossy Accents. I have also used some purple mesh ribbon and some purple bling.
