Blue Owl

I tend to colour owls in traditional colours - mainly to appease my son who doesn't like whimsical owls.  Just because I could, I decided that I would use blue this time!

I have used a paper from a Christmas paper pad by MME called "Joyous".  I used some glitter cardstock from DCWV for matting and for the darker blue circle.  The image is Hoot from Stitchy Bear Stamps.  I added some white liquid pearls around the dark blue circle.  I also used some white grosgrain ribbon from American Crafts.
