I have used a striped paper from a paper pad.  The matting is green textured cardstock from DCWV.  The image is from QKR Stampede and has a sentiment from Eureka Stamps merged with it.  I coloured with copic markers YG06, YG03, B29, B24.  I added some pearls coloured with YG03 and some liquid pearls.
