I have used a couple of papers from a paper pad by MultiCraft. The image and sentiment are from the Stamp of the Month set by From The Heart Stamps. I coloured with copic markers. I added a leaf shaped brad to the sentiment and matted with orange pearlescent paper. I also used some washi tape from Sugar and Spice Studio.
Here is the sketch (I didn't use the twist this time):
