I have used two papers from a paper pad by MultiCraft. I covered the join with some satin ribbon. I die-cut a circle from an offcut of another paper (not sure of the brand of that one!). The image is from Deedee's Digis and is coloured with copic markers. I die-cut using Spellbinders circle and Labels dies along with a leaf die from Memory Box. I added some faux stitching and outlines on the leaves using a Distress Marker - Forest Moss.
