Spots and Dots and Bubbles

I thought an image with lots of bubbles worked really well for a Spots and Dots challenge.  I even had a dots stencil I could use which fitted another challenge sponsored by Sassy Studio Designs!

I would like to enter my card into these challenges:
Sassy Studio Designs - Spots and Dots

Where the HeART is - Use stencil

Clear It Out Challenge - White + One other colour

I have stencilled onto the card blank using Distress Ink - Picked Raspberry and a Memory Box stencil.  The image is from Sassy Studio Designs and is one I've had printed out for a while and not got around to using!  I coloured with copic markers RV06, RV02, E00.  I then added some Glossy Accents to the water.  I used a Distress Marker - Worn Lipstick to add some more "bubbles" around the edge of the image.  I die-cut using Spellbinder die.  I used a bright pink cardstock from Rosie's Studio for the matting.  I added some pink "rubber ducky" shaped buttons to the image.   I have had these in my stash for some time as I don't make many baby themed cards - but I thought they suited this image perfectly!
