I have used a paper from MME for the background. I die-cut a pennant from the reverse side of the paper and added this to the image. The image is from All Dressed Up and has been coloured with copic markers. I added some Glossy Accents to the balloon to give it a shiny look. I also added some lace from Sullivans, some flowers and some pearls from Rosie's Studio,
