I have used a paper from a paper pad by Rosie's Studio.  I added some ribbon from a ribbon grab bag I bought a couple of weeks ago.  I was pleased to find the same ribbon in two widths in the bag!  The image is from Faery Ink and is coloured with copic markers.  I added some Stickles to the fairy wings and the flower centre.  I die-cut the letters Mum using a Tattered Lace die and some bright pink cardstock and added these as a sentiment.
