I have used three different papers to create the background - all are offcuts from other cards I've created.  The image is from Bugaboo Stamps and has been coloured with copic markers.  I distressed the edges of the card and image using Distress Ink - Black Soot.  I also die-cut a tag and added a pre-printed sentiment and some black and white baker's twine.
