I have used a paper and a border from a paper pad by Kaisercraft. I added some Kindy Glitz to the border to give it a bit more dimension and contrast to the background paper. I also used some washi tape from Sugar and Spice Studio. The image is from Sheepski Designs and has been coloured with copic markers. I added a pre-made polka dot bow at the top of the image.
