I have used a turquoise coloured background paper from a christmas paper pad by Craft Smith.  The image is from Morgan's Art World and is coloured with copic markers.  The dies are both from Memory Box and have been die-cut from green cardstock and white glitter cardstock from American Crafts.  I used the white as filler for the green outline - usually I leave the open look but I quite like how this turned out this way.
