I have used a patterned paper from a paper pad by Rosie's Studio.  The image is from Bugaboo Stamps and coloured with copic marker V17.  I matted with some purple cardstock from Rosie's Studio.  I also used some black mesh ribbon and a pre-made purple bow.  I added a digital sentiment from Desert Diva.
