I have used a paper from a paper pad by MME for the background (polka dot).  The chevron patterned paper used for the four squares is from a paper pad by Kaisercraft.  The sentiment is from a different paper pad by Kaisercraft.  The image is from Bugaboo Stamps and is coloured with copic markers.
