Girlie Girl

I had fun playing with this sketch.  I found an image that I had printed out but not coloured which was the perfect fit for the layout!

I have used a paper from a paper pack.   The image is from All Dresssed Up and is coloured with copic markers.  I added some Dimensional Magic to the balloon.  I used some pearlescent paper and dies from Sissix to cut the pennants.  I also used some bakers twine, pearls from Rosie's Studio and a flower piece.
