Bright

I have had this paper pad for some years but rarely use it.   I've still got a few papers left even after creating this card.

I would like to enter my card into these challenges:

The paper that I used comes from a paper pad by Kate Knight.  The image is from Star Stampz and is coloured with fluorescent copic markers.  I bought another three of these at the Craft Show I went to last Friday but haven't had the chance to use them yet - I had coloured this one before that!  I also added some bright washi tape, buttons and a pre-made bow.
