Layer It Up

I layered two borders onto the background then layered the matted image on top of it - and then to get one more layer I added some pearls!

I have used a paper and two borders from a paper pad by Kaisercraft called "Sandy Toes".  The image is from Di's Digi Downloads and is coloured with copic markers.  Matting is blue cardstock.  I also added some pearls and some gems from Sullivans.
