I am a bit of a stretch on one of these challenges!  But when I think of chin up buttercup, I feel that there is nothing better to cheer someone up than spending some quality time with your best friend.

I have used a couple of  papers from a journalling paper pad by Prima.  The image is from Bugaboo Stamps and is coloured with copic markers.  I added some pennants die-cut from offcuts of cardstock.  The sentiment has been die-cut.
