Happy New Year

I thought a silver glittery dress was just the thing for a New Year's party.  Shame I don't own one but this one looks good on Dottie.

I have used a stencil and some Nuvo Glimmer Paste to create the starry background.  The image is from Bugaboo Stamps and is coloured with copic markers and Kindy Glitz.
