I came across this challenge the other day, and decided to participate this month:

I have used a paper from a paper pad.  The image is from Zuri Artsy Craftsy and is coloured with copic markers then fussy cut.  I added some glitter foil tape that I just bought this week.  I dotted some sparkly stars around the image.
