I had a good idea for this card - but didn't think it was such a good idea once I got halfway through attaching the pearls!  I got there in the end though and I'm pleased with the result.  This card follows the top row of the BINGO board.

I have used a paper from a paper pad.  The image is from Bugaboo Stamps.  Colouring is with copic markers.  I added pearls to the butterfly trails in the image.  I also added a striped organza ribbon and a flower embellishment.
