I have used a Spellbinders die to cut the card shape.  The image and sentiment are from Bugaboo Stamps.  Colouring is with copic markers.  I stencilled a pattern using a Tim Holtz Stencil and some Nuvo Glitter Paste.  I also added some ribbon, buttons and pearls.
