I have used a paper from a sewing themed paper pad by Kaisercraft. The tag is from the same paper pad - I added a half-pearl to it. The image is from Fred She Said and is coloured in copic markers. The sentiment is a digital sentiment - not sure of the source as it is one that I printed out some time ago. I added the faux stitching with a Staedtler Pigment Liner.
