I didn't use any patterned paper this time.  I added some sparkle ribbon that I bought about a month ago.  It is quite a big roll so you'll be seeing alot more of it!  The image is from Sheepski Designs and is coloured with copic markers.  I added a flower embellishment.

I followed the sketch from Cheerful Sketches:
