I have used some offcut pieces of patterned paper from Lozzy.  I also added some tree patterned washi tape with a green satin ribbon over the top.  The image and sentiment are from Bugaboo Stamps.  Colouring is with copic markers.  I inked the edges of the image and sentiment with Distress Ink.
