Celebrate

This fortnight at Incy Wincy, we have a choice of these two themes -  Funny and/or Let's Celebrate.  The sponsors this fortnight are Dr Digi's House of Stamps and cute as a button.

I have used an image from Dr Digi's House of Stamps called Photocopy Phoebe

I also used a digital paper from Lozzy.  The sentiment is from Desert Diva and has been die-cut using a Spellbinders die.  Colouring is with copic markers.  I also added some Glossy Accents to the liquid in her glass.
